She has Masters in Public Health, Master of Economist in Management and Leadership and experience in data collection both quantitative and qualitative surveys. She was a beneficiary of Stipendium Hungaricum and Commonwealth scholarships during her education. She had worked with USAID, UNICEF, WACCI, and ISSER in Ghana as a field researcher.
After spending years in research and field work, she felt she could move into a non-profit area to impact lives, contributes and do more for society through effective development, growth, capability and expertise mannerism. She realised that empowering women economically leads to improved health, education, and overall well-being for themselves and their families. By fostering financial independence, women contribute significantly to poverty alleviation and social progress in the society.
