Women socio-economic empowerment refers to the process of enabling women to have the resources, opportunities, and capabilities needed to participate fully in economic activities, make independent decisions, and exercise control over their lives. It is about ensuring that women have equal access to economic resources, opportunities for employment and entrepreneurship, education skills development, financial services and decision making spaces.
Promoting women’s socio-economic empowerment is crucial for achieving gender equality, fostering inclusive growth, and building resilient communities. Space to Share Foundation ensures equal access to quality education for women. Education is a key factor in empowering women economically enhancing their knowledge, skills and opportunities for employment and entrepreneurship.

Space to Share Foundation aims to empower women through various strategies, including skills development, financial inclusion, entrepreneurial support, equal pay, leadership, changing social norms, health and well-being, and partnerships. This foundation will provide training programs, financial services, mentorship, networking opportunities, and access to markets. It will also advocate for equal pay, legal rights, and protection against gender-based violence.

The foundation will also encourage women to participate in decision-making processes, challenge harmful gender stereotypes, and ensure access to quality healthcare services. The foundation will also foster partnerships between government, civil society, private sector, and international organizations to promote women’s socio-economic empowerment.
